The Perfect Banana Bread

I baked a batch of pastries a few days ago, and this Banana Bread is my favourite. It is loaded with bananas, and I added no water to the batter! It turned out amazingly delicious.

Ingredients
8 Ripe Banana
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Mixed Spice
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 tbspVanilla

Method
Prepare a baking pan.
Mash bananas with a fork. Then sift flour and to bananas along with sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mixed spice. Combine properly. Add oil and vanilla and combine properly.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit  for 30 to 35 minutes.

Enjoy :)

Happy Wednesday!

Love,
Summer

  2. This sounds good. I made one today, but mine is so unhealthy with butter and chocolate chips.

    1. Hi Alisia :) Welcome to my blog! I use a Jamaican 'mixed spice' for baking. It consist of pimento, cinnamon, nutmeg, anise powder and orange peel. Thanks so much for chiming in :)
